The martial arts school Badenstedt offers a comprehensive training program for self-defense, self-assertion and self-protection. We teach children from 4 years old as well as adults of all ages. Our teaching concept is based on small training groups. This enables us to give each student the necessary individual attention. In this way, everyone can fully exploit their personal training and learning potential and achieve optimal training results. Our trainers regularly further their education at seminars, under the direction of Dai Si-Fu Emin Boztepe. This ensures that we impart contemporary and high-quality techniques to our students. The continuous training of our teaching staff is a core principle of our school and ensures the quality of instruction.
