Introduction to Our Wing Tzun Martial Arts SchoolWelcome to our Wing Tzun school, where tradition meets practical self-defense in a supportive and focused training environment.Wing Tzun (also known as Wing Chun) is a highly effective Chinese martial art renowned for its efficiency, directness, and economy of motion. Developed for close-range combat, it emphasizes centerline control, simultaneous attack and defense, sensitivity training (chi sao), and practical techniques that can be applied effectively regardless of size or strength. Our curriculum builds strong fundamentals while progressively developing speed, power, timing, and real-world application.Who We TrainWe welcome motivated students of all fitness levels and backgrounds. Our youngest accepted students are 16 years old. Whether you're a complete beginner looking to build confidence and self-defense skills or an experienced martial artist seeking to refine your technique, our classes provide a structured path for steady progress.Class ScheduleMondays: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PMThursdays: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PMEach 90-minute session is designed to maximize your training time with a balance of technical instruction, partner drills, conditioning, and forms practice in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.Our goal is to help every student develop not only effective martial skills but also greater discipline, focus, and self-awareness.
